Transfer of personal data to third parties

ACM AIR CHARTER Luftfahrtgesellschaft mbH has taken specific technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. The security measures are state-of-the-art and undergo continuous adaptation to new developments. All of our employees who may come into contact with personal data are required to comply with data protection regulations and are informed about the legal requirements.
Storage and deletion of personal data
All of your personal information stored by us will be immediately and irretrievably deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected, unless we are required by law to retain it. If we are obliged to store the data, the data will be irretrievably deleted at the end of the legally prescribed retention period.
Cookies
In some cases, so-called “cookies” can be used on our websites. These are small text files that are transferred from our web server to your workstation. Cookies are used to recognize the workstation used on the next visit and to tell the server when you last visited which pages of our homepage. Use of Microsoft 365
We use Microsoft 365, a productivity and cloud software solution provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA (“Microsoft”), to carry out and manage our internal and external communication as well as to process and store data. This specifically includes the use of Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar), Microsoft Teams (communication and video conferencing), and Microsoft OneDrive (cloud storage solution).
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of Microsoft 365 is based on our legitimate interest in efficient and secure work processes pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or – where necessary for the performance of a contract – pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The retention period depends on the applicable statutory retention requirements and our internal data deletion policies.
Microsoft processes personal data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Microsoft to ensure data protection-compliant processing. Data is processed in data centers within the EU. Use of your personal data
Your personal application data will only be used for specific purposes and will only be processed for the advertised application process. There is no transfer to third parties. When sending a speculative application, your data can only be viewed by the HR department and by the responsible persons of the departments involved in the application process in order to check your profile for suitable job offers.
Your personal application data will be deleted automatically three months after completing the application process or three months after receiving your speculative application, unless you explicitly agree to a longer storage.
