ACM AIR CHARTER has once again been certified at IS-BAO Level 3

ACM has once again achieved IS-BAO Level 3, the internationally recognized safety standard of the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC).

Level 3 is the highest level in a five-year, performance-based evaluation that specifically reviews and recognizes compliance with IS-BAO standards and practices. ACM AIR CHARTER was the first commercial airline in Germany to achieve Level 3 in 2016 after a comprehensive audit and evaluation of its Safety Management System (SMS).

“Safety is at the core of all ACM AIR CHARTER operations. Ensuring the highest possible safety standards is our top priority, which we guarantee to our customers. We thank the International Business Aviation Council for their support throughout this rigorous and intensive process,” said Jens Strohm, Head of Safety & Compliance Management.

IS-BAO is the only code of practice for the aviation industry recognized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), meeting the requirements of the Safety Management System (SMS) for both commercial and non-commercial aviation operators. During the last audit in November 2019, auditors confirmed: “A strong corporate culture of proactive risk management and a high level of safety awareness among employees.”
