ACM AIR CHARTER adds another aircraft to its fleet under the new Part-NCC regulation

Rheinmünster, Germany – Due to the Part-NCC regulation, which has been in force since August 25, 2016, under Commission Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012 (Air Ops), operators of non-commercial aircraft are now subject, to an appropriate extent, to the same requirements as commercial air operators. This presents new and, in some cases, significant challenges, particularly for private and smaller operators. Among other things, the regulation requires operators of non-commercial aircraft to establish an Operations Manual (OM) and implement a management system. In addition, operators must submit a “Declaration” to the German Federal Aviation Authority (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt), confirming compliance with all NCC requirements and acknowledging their responsibilities.

In addition to regulatory compliance, aircraft owners also benefit economically. Jonas Kraft, Head of Sales and Marketing, explains:

“Thanks to the size of our fleet, aircraft owners benefit from a range of purchasing advantages, for example in areas such as insurance and fuel.”
